April Mohammed was a gentle soul whose presence brought warmth, kindness, and quiet strength to those around her. She lived with a caring heart, always offering comfort, love, and understanding to family and friends.

Though her time with us was far too short, the impact she made will remain deeply rooted in the lives she touched. April will be remembered for her soft spirit, her compassion, and the love she gave so freely.

Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
