She was the beloved common-law wife of Anthony Harris, a loving mother to Quintell, Aquillah, Hakim (deceased), and Shekell (deceased), and a cherished sister, aunt, grandmother, and sister-in-law. Deeply involved in her community and admired at her workplace, Europa Limited, Charlene touched countless lives with her generosity and gentle spirit. Her favorite color was blue, reflecting the calm and warmth she brought to everyone around her.
